The way you see life shapes the life you live.
These four books changed how I think, create, and move through the world. They taught me I’m not just a passenger in my life. I’m an active participant in creating it.
I’ve put them in the order I’d read them, from the easiest entry point to the deep end.
Not every book will be for everyone. Take what resonates and leave the rest.
1. Your Infinite Power to Be Rich by Joseph Murphy
Start here.
This book was my introduction to using the mind to manifest the reality you desire. It has a religious undertone, so it won't be for everyone. But it's an easy read for what can be a complicated topic.
2. The War of Art by Steven Pressfield
For the goal you can't get yourself to work on.
This is a truly inspiring read. It teaches you how to push past the negative energies keeping you from your soul’s creations. Pressfield calls it Resistance.
If you have goals you can’t get yourself to sit down and work on, this is the one.
3. Reality Transurfing: Steps I-V by Vadim Zeland
The one I keep coming back to.
This continues to be the most amazing book I’ve ever read. It teaches the power of visualization, how to counteract “balancing forces,” and how to dissolve energetic pendulums.
When I’m mindful of putting these practices into effect, I’m happier and untriggered.
4. Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza
Save this one for later.
If you’re new to quantum physics and self-improvement, I don’t recommend this as your first read. Dr. Joe Dispenza can be complicated.
But as someone very deep in this work, I love how he bridges science with manifestation. It’s a great way into this topic if you generally avoid the woo-woo.
Where to start
New to this work: Your Infinite Power to Be Rich
Stuck on a goal: The War of Art
Ready to go deeper: Reality Transurfing
Want the science angle: Becoming Supernatural
Your prompt for this week
Which idea do you most need right now: believing it’s possible, doing the work, or changing how you see things?
Tell me your answer in the comments, and share the book that changed how you see life. If this was helpful, subscribe for more.
