Fall is the season of letting go.
Trees don’t cling to what’s finished. They release it, and that’s what makes room for new growth.
This season, we are doing the same. Over the next four weeks, you will be clearing out what no longer fits and make space for what’s next.
Fall Intention: release what no longer fits.
Week 1: Mindset
Journal Prompts
What habits no longer fit the human I’m evolving into?
What am I ready to release?
What am I ready to call in?
What would I set out to do if I trusted myself completely?

Week 2: Earth
Often times we are negative because we are disconnected with the world around us. In week two, we focus on grounding ourselves through nature.
Pick and complete at least one of the nature assignments below:
Leaf release walk: Take a slow walk and pick up one leaf for each thing you’re ready to release. Name it, then leave the leaf behind.
Golden hour, no phone: Spend an hour outside around sunset with no phone. Bonus points if you meditate during this time. Notice what you see, hear and smell.
Barefoot grounding: Spend thirty minutes barefoot on grass, dirt or sand. Notice how it changes your mood.
Sound mapping: Sit outside for thirty minutes and write down every sound you hear from closest to farthest.
New trail challenge: Hike or bike somewhere you’ve never been, even if it’s only 20 minutes from home.
Stargazing night: Drive somewhere dark (or your backyard if it’s dark enough) and spend an hour looking up.
Nature sketching: Sit outside and sketch something in your view - a tree, a flower or landscape. No artistic skill needed.
Coffee outside: Take your morning coffee to go and enjoy it walking a trail, sitting by the ocean and any other scenic landscape near you.
Week 3: Creativity
Using your hands to create something shows the universe that you can take thought to physical form. This is proof you are the author of your life.
In this season’s curriculum, we will be studying the work and recreating our own version of the amazing Yayoi Kusama’s art.
Creative Assignment:
Sit down with any medium you like - watercolor, markers, crayons, etc - and create your own style of Yayoi’s famous polkadot style art.
Week 4: Expansion
Expansion is one of the most important building blocks to creating a beautiful life. We can’t create something special if we don’t even know what is possible.
This season’s expansion includes a video to watch and one micro-adventure.
We can live any life we choose and we can decide to change how we live at any moment. Seeing how other people structure their life, the aesthetics they surround themselves with and the overall feel of the life they created is extremely expansive.

Micro-adventure:
This season’s micro-adventure will help you expand, while also connecting to self. Many times, we are overly concerned with what others think of us which leaves us feeling disconnected.
Dress up in any outfit that fully expresses your highest self - whether that’s a fancy outfit or bright pink sweatpants and neon green converse, there is no wrong answer as long as it is a reflection of you.
Authenticity is magnetic.
Then head out to a cafe or restaurant for a meal or beverage completely alone and phone-free. Bring a book if you’d like to keep your hands busy.
Focus on being fully present.
Fall Reflection:
Four weeks ago, you started making space. You spent time releasing. You spent time cultivating your highest self.
Take a moment to commend yourself.
Growth doesn’t happen all at once. Bit by bit, we expand.
I’d love to hear how this season went for you. Tell me in the comments how it went! Winter edition will be out towards the end of December.
Thank you all for joining in.
